Candidates must have graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government, including Integrated Dual Degree (IDD). Candidates with professional qualifications such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant (CA), and Cost Accountant (CMA) are also eligible to apply.
Experience Requirement
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as on 31 December 2025 as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB) listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India.
Salary Criteria (For Private Bank Experience)
Candidates working in Scheduled Commercial Banks other than Public Sector Banks or RRBs must be drawing a minimum annual gross salary of ₹9.50 lakh per year. Documentary proof such as Form-16, Annual Income Statement (AIS), last 24 months’ pay slips, or an employer certificate must be submitted.
Local Language Proficiency
Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and understanding any one of the specified local languages of the Circle they are applying for
