SBI PO Recruitment 2026 – Notification Out (1500 Posts)

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official notification for Probationary Officer (PO) Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. CRPD/PO/2026-27/09. A total of 1,500 vacancies have been announced. The online application process started on 18 June 2026 and will remain open until 08 July 2026.

Age Limit (As on 01 April 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 21 Years
  • Maximum Age: 30 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per SBI rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. Final-year students may also be eligible subject to the conditions mentioned in the official notification.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Main Examination
  3. Psychometric Test
  4. Group Exercise & Interview
  5. Final Merit List

Salary

  • Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480 (with 4 advance increments)
  • Approximate Annual CTC (Mumbai): Around ₹21.97 lakh, including allowances and benefits.
